At Royal Kapra, we take pride in the premium quality of our men's suiting. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a straightforward return and exchange process.

1. Return & Exchange Period

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • Unstitched Fabric: The fabric must be in its original, uncut, and unwashed condition.
  • Stitched Apparel: The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • Condition: Items must be free from any scents (perfume/detergent), stains, or signs of wear.
  • Packaging: The product must be returned in its original branded packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during a "Clearance Sale" or "Flash Sale" (unless they have a manufacturing defect).
  • Custom-tailored suits made to specific measurements provided by the customer.

4. Damaged or Defective Goods

We maintain strict quality control, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.
  • Method: Refunds are issued via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.
  • Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was defective.

6. Color Variation Disclaimer

Please note that actual fabric colors may vary slightly from the images on your screen due to photographic lighting or monitor settings. Returns based solely on minor color variations may be subject to standard exchange policies.
